Aging with an SCI or physical disability can mean navigating new challenges and searching for creative solutions to allow you to adapt to changes resulting from aging. Living a fulfilling life as you age as a person with a disability is entirely possible, but having access to the right resources, knowledge and equipment can really help.

The following courses are designed to help you start thinking about the changes you may face as you age with a disability and offers approaches and tactics to help keep you as healthy and mobile as possible.

These courses on Healthy Aging Strategies for People with Spinal Cord Injuries were created with the support of a grant from the Craig H. Neilson Foundation to Spinal Cord Injury Ontario.
