Living with Chronic Pain: Guided Meditation and Imagery Strategies

This course focuses on guided meditation and guided imagery strategies, both proven approaches to managing what you are thinking about which many people living with chronic pain find helpful. The course includes three sections:

1. The strategies section presents an overview of how managing your attention and redirecting your focus can help you cope with chronic pain.

2. The guided meditation section describes what meditation is, how it works, and offers practice sessions you can download and use anytime.

3. The guided imagery section describes what guided imagery is, how it works, and offers a practice session for download.
