Eating well doesn’t have to be expensive or complicated. The truth is eating well can be very simple and affordable.  However, day-to-day demands and busy lifestyles can sometimes get in the way of food preparation and enjoying healthy diets. Consistency is the key to long term success and health – and the simpler your eating plan the more consistent you will be! This course will teach you simple eating tips to help you create a consistent eating plan, including some delicious, easy-to-prepare recipes you can try!
