For those of us who are paraplegic or in a wheelchair, the period of Covid-19, lockdowns and mask-wearing can be especially stressful and challenging, both physically and emotionally. It’s important to have a routine that allows us to move, breathe, stretch, and most of all, preserve our mental health. Exercise and fitness must remain a priority as we work through this pandemic in 2021. Going to my garden each day gives me the much necessary exercise and refreshment during this terrible time of the Covid pandemic. I hope you will also find your daily routine to keep your spirit up.
