Cleaning motivation | Changing sheets from a wheelchair | Paraplegic | Living with a disability

Changing the bedsheets, especially the fitted sheet, is a frequent chore because of issues with incontinence among people with a spinal cord injury. It can be physically challenging, especially to reach around the corners and lift the mattress. In this video Nancy shows a technique she finds not that hard to do. Her injury level is T12, L1 and L2 incomplete, and she has what she describes as “good core strength.” So this is how it’s done. Leave a comment here how changing the sheets works best for you! Thanks for watching.
