Derek Moxam – Adapting to Life in a Wheelchair

Today, Derek Moxam talks about adapting to life in a wheelchair, sharing his experience in hopes to offer some community support for people with disabilities. Watch as Derek shares his spinal cord injury story with us, and how he was able to adapt to his new life, new home adaptation, equipment etc. at his home on Manitoulin Island, Ontario, Canada. He also shares how he was able to manage depression and adversity with an inventive physical and mental wellness routine.
